Fab hotel.

Liked: The room was spacious, clean, and well set out. The bathroom was spacious too, and the toiletries were lovely. Breakfast was well stocked and had a great selection. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Brilliant location. Club room gave access to club lounge. Drinks and snacks for a couple of hours at night. Good view from the room.
Disliked: Dinner. Painfully slow service. But meal was really good. Half hour before even drinks arrived. Another 20 minutes later food arrived. Breakfast. Food was good however, we stepped out the lift to join a queue of about 45 people. Took forever to be seated.

Great spot for Newcastle access.

Liked: Good staff, helpful enough. Decent breakfast. Quiet and allowed for a good nights sleep.
Disliked: We requested and left time for a room clean, but when we came back in the afternoon, our room had not been cleaned. Only one bar man in the Gin Lounge no matter how busy it seemed to be. Our room had only a small window and the mirror was placed in a darkened corner, rendering it useless day or night.
