Bad experience due to lack...

Liked: Spa and Swimming area, this was the first time we ever took our child in a swimming pool, so it was very special for us. The interior and exterior was as expected of a 4 star standard.
Disliked: We have a child, every family has a pattern they try to follow inline with the child needs. Our child is 5 months old, our child likes music to get to sleep, we always use youtube on a tv, because this method of watching a big screen with music seems to comfort her.The tv in the room ruined our experience completely, internet problems all night and the tv did not function properly. Channel switching was delayed and youtube was completely down. Such a basic service should not have been a problem. This led to us struggling to get the child to sleep and unfortunately we were unsuccessful. Thus it wasn’t until 6am, when she eventually drifted off through countless walks around the hotel, lift journeys and rocking the baby whilst walking. As a result we missed breakfast because of the sleep deprivation.When I think of Crowne Plaza I think, everything is going to be of a high quality and exceptional services. This was not the case this time round, after speaking to a duty manager in the morning, I was told a pretty lame excuse, that internet issues are outwith their control and that they will look into it for the future. What good is that for us?!

Perfect in every way

Liked: Everything was just perfect! This is the best hotel all round we have ever stayed in. We highly recommended the crown plaza to anyone looking for a break. The service was fantastic, beds very comfortable, the entire hotel was very clean inside and outside. Breakfast is out of this world.. the selection was fantastic and catering for gluten free guests. And a birthday card for me, Thank you so much.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing, it was perfect
