Hotel needs a renovation.ʼn

Liked: The staff were professional, helpful, and positive. The bed in 402 was comfortable. Nice towels and bathroom shampoo. Conditioner, and body wash.
Disliked: The hotel needs a renovation.. The carpets, elevators, curtains felt very worn. In my room 402, the Keurig coffee machine did not work, the desk lamp shade was ripped and the lamp was leaning over. The room was cold and needed an extra blanket. There may have been a chair at one time in addition to the deask chair, but there was not one.
