Liked: The only good thing about this hotel is its location, right on Bourbon Street. However, the noise and commotion from the street can be heard in the rooms, even on the upper floors, late into the night.
Disliked: 1. The bathroom and toilet were not as clean as they should be. 2. The room furniture was very old and worn out. 3. The bathtub faucet was leaking throughout our stay, and although we reported it, no repairs were made. 4. Hot water was unavailable for part of our stay, making it difficult to shower. 5. Some of the towels provided were very old, worn out, and even had holes. 6. Room cleaning service was skipped for two days during our stay, and we had to go to the reception ourselves to request clean towels. 7. The valet parking service was extremely poor and unprofessional. Every time our car was returned, there was a bad smell inside. If you care about your car, I strongly advise against using this valet service. 8. While I can't prove it, if you use this hotel's valet service, make sure to remove all your personal belongings from the car. 9. The noise from the elevators going up and down was quite bothersome, even though our room was not directly near them.

Liked: The location was good
Disliked: Very old facilities, it’s not clean as it described and expected, AC is noisy and not working properly, has a valet parking that I do not recommend at all. They use your car for carpool, to sleep during the night as when returning the car to you all car settings has changed and has a very bad smell.
