Scammed by valet parking

Liked: Great location. felt safe walking to and from The Saenger. The BEST pillows. HOT water. ok bed.
Disliked: Booking advertised parking at $49. At 5:30 check in we were told the $56 parking was good for 24 hours. Returned to valet at 2:12 pm and was charged an extra $20 for not returning by 2:00. Was told the $20 had to be cash or we would be charged another $56. The “manager” was adamant that she had no control of the situation. I’m doubtful I’ll get my $120 security deposit back. BEWARE

Disliked: I HATED the brick beds and the delay in valet, I was appalled to see that free water wasn’t offered at checkin. I didn’t like the extra fees at check in.
