Liked: The hotel is situated in an ideal location, providing easy access to transportation. There are numerous restaurants nearby, catering to various tastes and preferences.
Disliked: The service at this hotel was absolutely terrible! I encountered a persistent issue with the toilet, which was running water and making a loud noise. I promptly reported the problem to both the front desk and the hotel’s front desk via text message. I specifically requested that a technician be sent to fix the issue, but unfortunately, no action was taken. I spoke with the night supervisor, Nyla, after returning to the hotel for the day, but she was no help either! I had been experiencing the issue for the entire three days! I had to get my own towels and toilet paper at 12:33 am because housekeeping had neglected to clean my room. This incident occurred after I had already spoken with Nyla, the supervisor, who had assured me that someone would come up to my room in five minutes, but no one arrived.
