I have recommended staying here to many friends!

Liked: The rooms were great. The brunch buffet was amazing. Manuel made awesome omelets to order; Marlys and Simba were great hosts. The valet/shuttle and concierge services were great too.
Disliked: Asked about upgrading to Romance Package and was told it would be an additional $65 to buy a plush robe. I would have preferred to have been told at check in about the option and may have made a different decision. Also, it would be nice if the shuttle service ran later.

We will be back next...

Liked: Great pool for the kids. Quiet spaces. Incredible value for the location and having our dog with us. Great breakfast buffet for the morning too.
Disliked: Dinner at the restaurant was having changes to menu and not communicated well. Understaffed at dinner too.

Lovely staff

Liked: The very best staff. The waitstaff at breakfast was lovely. The night desk man was very helpful and professional (Juan -I think). The day staff was also very courteous. The food and bar were very good.
Disliked: It’s not that I didn’t like it but everything is dated and a little run down compared to other places.

Disliked: Needs to be cleaned better, it was very dusty, the carpet was in need of replacement rather than using duct tape to cover rips and edges

Liked: I liked that the staff switched us to a different room when the heat wouldn’t work they were very gracious.
Disliked: Staff was very nice

Disliked: pool closed at 9:45........kids were bummed. so was I.

Bad experience

Liked: The fitness club was nice to have & that was fairly clean.
Disliked: My bathroom was full of hair & something red on the wall presumably blood. The floors did look vacuumed. The leather furniture has dirty handprints & smeared food all over it. I had to call for a hair dryer because it was missing. It was if they made the beds but overlooked everything else. When I stepped out of the shower the next day a male staff member was standing in my room. I was mortified standing in a towel. They were apologetic but very unacceptable. .
