We had a great stay. Starbucks located in lobby was a big plus as well. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My expectations were exceeded when we were allowed a late check out without additional cost as late as 1400. We requested this due to the dance competition at the South Milwaukee Performing Arts Center, that allowed us a bit more time in the comfort of our own room to get ready. The staff were also very accommodating in providing a wheelchair for my Mom, and allowing us to use it for the entire time we stayed with you. Lastly, the rooms were very quiet, and we could have adjoining rooms. Thank you again for a wonderful short stay. A+ rating.

Liked: Staff was freindly and welcoming. The location was easily accessible from the highway for the events and locations we planned to attend for our stay. The pool area was nice and clean
Disliked: We booked two of the same rooms. One was clean and equiped. The other wasn't clean and did not have the same necessities needed during our stay. The other half of our group had to come to the other room to use what was needed that their room lacked of. It was a burden their room wasn't identically equipped. We also utilized their fitness center, but it hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed for quite awhile
