Liked: Only good experience at this hotel was the friendly bar man and security guard!
Disliked: Location of hotel not great and staff are not helpful at all. I asked for directions to the train station and they gave woeful directions and when I did reach the station found out that you can not purchase a ticket there so had to end up taking a bus to the metro station - luckily I was able to use Google maps! Staff also slow at check out. The rooms are ok but if you're looking for a hotel that has options for eateries suggest another location like milan central!

It was Ok for what...

Liked: We were there specifically for a bodybuilding competition so the choice of location was out of our hands. The breakfast was adequate, the food was mainly luke warm but edible. Not alot of choice in breakfast fruits, ie blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, bananas or pastries. The room was ok, but the tv channels were limited to really just a couple of English speaking ones so it wasn't really very good for us as we had to spend quite alot of time in there
Disliked: There were only ever 1 or 2 members of staff on the front desk so it was time consuming to see anyone. A seperate customer service desk would have helped with simple things like ordering a taxi.
