The stay was great. The room was good, I have no complaint with the service. The only thing I wasn'€™t satisfied with is no place was allowed for a corporate rate or AARP discounts and when I asked about it at the desk they could not do anything about it because they said you had already received your pay when I booked it. If anything can be done about it I would appreciate it very much.

Liked: I have stayed here before so I knew what the room was going to look like. I did not use the shuttle. The breakfast was a little disappointing only because they did not have any fruit or yogurt. The waitress was exceptionally nice :)
Disliked: I got about 5:00 to get a shower early but there was NO HOT WATER!!! But in all fairness, others who where there said they did not have this problem. So I guess I really don't know what happened.Although this is no ones fault, on the last night that I was there, the loudest people arrived to the room next to me about midnight.

Liked: No breakfast. Just the location was on point because it was only a block away from the convention. Was told that the Hotel is up for Auction.
Disliked: Toilet running all the time. Door hard to open and close. No trash can in bathroom. Had to request one. Room was not up to par for the rate. It felt worst than a Motel. Need upgrades and new carpet. Hotel was totally aware of our Convention coming to their town for over 2 years
