The stay was great. The room was good, I have no complaint with the service. The only thing I wasn'€™t satisfied with is no place was allowed for a corporate rate or AARP discounts and when I asked about it at the desk they could not do anything about it because they said you had already received your pay when I booked it. If anything can be done about it I would appreciate it very much.

Disappointing

Liked: Tierra, the young lady who worked in the morning for breakfast, was great. She was helpful and polite. The door to our room was hard to open. It felt like we had to break in every time we entered the room. You had to slam it shut because if you didn’t it would remain open. The bathroom door was also like this. The closet door was broke as well. Also, when I book my stay I booked for 2 adults and 1 child (17 years old). I paid extra for breakfast but when I arrived at check in they only gave me breakfast comps for 2 people and said that’s all they could give me even though I paid extra during my booking. When we tried to eat in the cafe for dinner time they were out of half of the menu. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and if I return to Memphis I will never stay here again!

Disliked: room 328 phone didnt work and the key card didnt open the workout room.

It wasn’t worth $160+

Liked: Refrigerator didn’t work. I thought I was going to wake up to something cold the next morning. When I checked in, The front desk also said breakfast was from 6am to 10 am but didn’t say you had to pay for it. When I booked,they said parking was free and it wasn’t. They kept the parking gate open all night, so what am I paying for parking for. They also didn’t have the front desk phone number on the phone in the room so I had to walk down to the front desk to ask for towels and wash cloths.

Disliked: The fact they took $50 per day without explaining the amount drawn from my account. This is criminal in my eyes.. YOU NEED TO MAKE PEOPLE AWARE WHEN THEY BOOK. REGARDLESS THROUGH A SECOND PARTY LIKE BOOKING .COM.When U are on a budget you don't plan for these crazy robberies. And then you may not get it back till the end of your travels.. you can take it out on the day U should darn well put it back.Not good enough
