Overall, hated staying at this...

Liked: Liked the location, central to most things. The pool was okay. I liked the river view. Some staff were nice and friendly but there's this particular Asian lady at the reception who wasn't friendly.
Disliked: I didn't like room service, they just made our bed. No change of sheets, no change of towels, they didn't sweep the floor and surfaces. What a disaster we had to call ask for our room to be cleaned but still they didn't do much. The breakfast could have more options.

Disliked: there was a wet red stain by the side of the bad, that looked terrible.We invited guesses to breakfast only to be told there was no Bacon, if we were told before we paid $40 per head we would have dinned elsewhere This Hotel has been our regular choice of hotel to stay when coming into the city, I feel this will not continue and I will start to look at other options

Amazing stay.

Liked: Amazing place, staff amazing always spoke to you, breakfast was amazing had everything you needed and wanted.
Disliked: One thing was our room wasn’t ready and was told they would call when it was but they didn’t.
