A easy walk in to...

Liked: The property was in a good location, lots of parking . The hotel was clean and tidy.
Disliked: The property lacked atmosphere and was bland. Only one member of staff had a personality who was delighted to service each client and seemed to enjoy his job. The rest of the staff were polite but going through a script, no personality and lacklustre behaviour. The staff could have had better tidiness with there uniforms .

Overall wasn't impressed at all...

Disliked: Booked the Premium Room with bath and shower, what I got was Dark, small with a small window and just a shower nearly half the size of the 1 we ended up in. Also there was a building work going on right outside!! reception and staff members should take care of their personal hygiene especially when dealing with with the guests, sharing a small lift. with a staff member with this problem was very unpleasant. We had a room service meal and my fish and chips was on a warm plate and hot, my mrs had a flat iron steak and chips and the plate was cold and the food was as well which actually made her ill not what we expected for how much we had to pay not professional in any shape or form. There was also music playing on Friday night loud enough so we couldn't sleep and kids screaming in the corridors in the evening. As my mrs is not very well that was the last straw that's why we checked out the very next day. The worst thing about this stay was that we stayed in the same hotel in august in Marlow and that experience was a lot better.
