Christmas break

Liked: Nice pool and hot rooms. Excellent choice at breakfast. Nice room. Faurly close to Marlow town
Disliked: Food apart from breakfast was mediocre quality. The large Indian selection might have been bettter but we did not try it.On our checkout day, our room was cleaned and set up for next guests while we were at breakfast, despite our leaving the no-disturbance tag on the door. This was most annoying, especially as we had our things in the room, and senseless, as we had to use the bathroom before taking our things and checking out.

Liked: Great service. The staff were fantastic and we got an upgrade to a suite. The room was clean and great facilities. The NYE party was great.
Disliked: Very small thing but hairdryer wasn’t by the desk to sit and do hair no mirror above the desk. Just awkward to do hair. Very very small thing.

Highly recommend

Liked: Staff were friendly and professional. Room was clean and well equipped. Food in the bar area and breakfast is good.
Disliked: This is a small negative as everything else was good.The mattress topper on the bed was uncomfortable and made me really hot. It was memory foam.
