Liked: Very noisy, unable to get a good nights sleep due to other guests partying. Finally stopped at 1am after contacting reception. Complained on checkout expecting a discretionary discount, no managers around to arrange. Given an email address to complain to, never received a reply!
Disliked: Quieter, proactive staff could have sorted.Respond to emailsHave managers on site

Disliked: Wow we’re do i start the staff are rude and disrespectful and not happy when customer complain and are very defending had a few issues but the way it was handled as hotel was shocking & defences ! The kettle had some smelling soup in and the hotel was no help to try and fix it and try blame the customers Absolutely disgusting and letting down
