I was so sick, (voice gone etc) when I arrived in reception; greeted by your lovely receptionist gave me a lift. All staff were very pleasant and obliging.

Liked: Check in; food; pillows were very comfy.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast. There was plenty of choice and the hot food was well cooked.

Liked: The staff, the food and the comfortable room.
Disliked: It was a little dark for us. A brighter light would be good.

Disliked: The beds were very soft with duvets placed over the mattress. The pillows were awful. Also colour scheme was so dated. Hall ways to bedrooms awful. This would be a fab hotel with a little updating.

Smotth from start to finish,...

Liked: Great location for the arena, clean and tidy no tired decor. Loved having 2 double beds got a great night sleep
Disliked: There wasn't a plug in the wardrobe for the kettle so you have to move the whole tray across the room, it might as well just have a place over by a socket. Minor observation because otherwise I'm converted to this chain for weekend breaks.

Great room great location

Liked: Location by the arena and printworks. Nice room with a great big window the size of the entire wall. Light blinds for privacy that will still let light in and then blackout curtain. Bathroom really nice and clean, bath and separate shower which was unexpected
