We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast. There was plenty of choice and the hot food was well cooked.

Liked: The staff, the food and the comfortable room.
Disliked: It was a little dark for us. A brighter light would be good.

Liked: Didn't have breakfast, room was lovely, staff very friendly. The hotel was in such a great location
Disliked: We ordered an evening meal. They served several other tables that came down afterwards. When we asked about our food, it was rushed out and the steak was bloody and we'd asked for well done. Such a shame as we were due to be at a concert so didn't have time to wait.. staff very apologetic.

Disliked: High price. Room smelt funny. Bathroom in poor repair. Scruffy hallways. Dull bar area.No breakfast included for price.

Value for money overall nice...

Liked: Rooms were quite stylish. Got checked in very early by a lovely member of staff. Looked quite nice inside. Whilst didnt use there's a gym available. Price not bad for central Manchester. Had both air-conditioning and heating which actually did the job! Tidy and clean inside.
Disliked: Surrounding view not great. Had to walk through some smokers to enter the hotel once or twice.Outside of room/door looks like it could do with a touch up. Would of liked a more private discussion regarding breakfast at check out
