I was so sick, (voice gone etc) when I arrived in reception; greeted by your lovely receptionist gave me a lift. All staff were very pleasant and obliging.
Liked: Check in; food; pillows were very comfy.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast. There was plenty of choice and the hot food was well cooked.
Liked: The staff, the food and the comfortable room.
Disliked: It was a little dark for us. A brighter light would be good.

Great hotel in perfect location
Liked: Perfect location for the AO arena. Lots of friendly pubs, bars and restaurants located all with walking distance. The room was spacious, tasteful decor and had everything needed for our trip. We opted for breakfast which was lovely with plenty of choice for everyone.

expensive and not worth it
Liked: Stayed here before. excellent location
Disliked: Breakfast service was busy, items not ready or ran out, a lot of waiting around, over £400 for one night is not worth it,

This Hotel is overpriced and...
Liked: The location was excellent for the AO Arena and restaurants.
Disliked: Neither the Hotel or Booking.com advised that even if you arrive at check in on time, you will be given the smallest room which will be an accessible room with dated furniture, tired bedding and a wet room that leaks underneath the doorway onto the carpet. When I asked to upgrade at 3:10pm I was told no other rooms available and they were turning people away as they we so busy. When I advised at 4:15pm that no matter what we did we couldn't get the TV to work, they spent a short time trying to fix it and change the remote only to say the TV appeared to be broken and we could change rooms but had to do it there and then! We were leaving for a restaurant booking we couldn't miss so couldn't change rooms that quickly (how did they suddenly find us a room now the TV was broken when they said they had no rooms when we wished to change!). The breakfast experience was dismal, with being rushed around because the restaurant is too small to accommodate guests and you are still chewing your last bite of food with a cup of tea still half full when you are asked to vacate the table! This Hotel is overpriced and poorly managed.
