I was so sick, (voice gone etc) when I arrived in reception; greeted by your lovely receptionist gave me a lift. All staff were very pleasant and obliging.

Liked: Check in; food; pillows were very comfy.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast. There was plenty of choice and the hot food was well cooked.

Liked: The staff, the food and the comfortable room.
Disliked: It was a little dark for us. A brighter light would be good.

Excellent! Would definitely stay again

Liked: Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice for the kids. Room was clean and tidy and well stocked. Location was excellent for event at the AO arena and the Printworks
Disliked: Not a lot of natural light in the room due to a slim window.
