Only stayed for one night...

Liked: Friendly staff, efficient and seamless check in process
Disliked: Car parking - not clear what the procedure was but staff assisted in resolving the issue

Very pleasant and enjoyable stay...

Liked: The location was excellent for visiting Maastricht. Hote and car parking very good.
Disliked: 1 small issue with a loose cupboard door in the room. Reported it twice to reception and no action was taken to have it repaired. Reported it a 3rd time on my departure.

Liked: Excellent breakfast, friendly employee, good location, fast checkout, nice bar.
Disliked: -The furniture inside the room (242) is old and there's a big part under the heater is peeled off.- We stayed 3 nights for my birthday, but no birthday greetings

Liked: Everything was perfect. The location is right across the city center and it was so easy to get around.

Lovely hotel

Liked: Fantastic position, close to city centre. Rooms and beds were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Food in hotel restaurant was very expensive, and buffet very crowded but no other options available over Xmas period.
