Very comfortable and enjoyable stay

Liked: Supremely comfortable bed (and pillows and duvet). Very friendly, smiling and helpful staff.Great breakfast buffet.Nice location on the river; only a short walk over the bridge to the old town. Lovely view from the hotel bar

Liked: View from the breakfast/dinner restaurant is stunning. Room was clean, bed comfortable. No problem with shuttle. Good location.
Disliked: Very very loud in the night. You can hear everything from the outside through the windows. Unnecessary evacuation alarm in the middle of the night. I paid extra for the breakfast (I didn’t have it included in my reservation) and really.. it wasn’t cheap, but not so great. Scrambled eggs were not so tasty and cold… glad that there were few other things to eat. Fresh fruits and bread was the positive thing. Stuff unfortunately forgets that they offered me a coffee, twice. But they were very polite. Interior decor of the rooms and the furniture is a little bit old, but it’s clean space.

Great place to stay for...

Liked: The location of the hotel is really good, allowing to explore the city by foot. The staff was also very friendly and helpful for all our inquiries.
Disliked: The hotel has seen better days, I believe a renovation on hallways and bedrooms would be a great improvement.

Liked: Location is great. The view from my room was fantastic.
Disliked: The room was big but old fashioned furnished. The windows need to some maintenance and so does the heating of the room.

Liked: It was okay! The staff was super friendly and kind! The hotel is a bit old, it needs improvement in that matter since it is a Crowne. Location is beautiful and close to everything! We ask for a change of room with view and the staff made it possible! We loved the view!
