Disappointing

Liked: Location. Ideal for exploring Maastricht.
Disliked: The hotel is dated. Tired. Quite a depressing place. The corridor carpets were visibly dirty. Our room had several maintenance issues, and needed cleaning properly.The small bathroom was well refurbished. Standing in the middle I could touch each wall.

Great location, but lacks a...

Liked: I liked the location. It was very central. The room was a good size.
Disliked: Lack of staff interaction. The front desk was always busy with check in/ out. The bar ( where I ate my evening meal) seemed to also have lack of staff and I could sit there for nearly 30 minutes before someone noticed me ( it was table service). I had a walk in shower( mobility issue) but when the floor was wet it was very slippery ( a fall hazard!). My room was cleaned very late in the afternoon ( usually when I came in and wanted a rest).
