Liked: The restaurant was phenomenal. The staff was friendly
Disliked: The bed was too soft. I didn’t sleep the entire stay The windows don’t tilt so you can’t leave them open for fresh air. The USB ports didn’t work at all

Liked: The Hotel shows his age. However very good bedding and big and plushy towels. All employes of the hotel were super kind, supportive and professional. Instead of breakfast took a Cappuccino, was so good with beautiful latte art! We also had dinner, food was excellent, good ration price/quality. Great service

Liked: Quiet room, comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Attentive to our dog. Close to the park and bus stop.
Disliked: The restaurant was average, slow service and overpriced for the quality of food. Not up to French culinary standards.

Liked: Locational advantage if meetings are at center Congress.Staff is superbly helpful. Smartly merged my multiple bookings and saved me from hassles of shifting rooms.
Disliked: It’s way out of the city and one has to commute to downtown. Have to remind HK to keep checking and refilling toiletries since I was there for a long time.

Clean. Comfortable. Friendly Staff.

Liked: Room is nice. Facilities are new. Quiet environment. Some restaurants downstairs. We are driving, not quite sure whether the location is good for public transport.
Disliked: The lift broke down during our stay. The perfume used in the common space is a bit too strong. we are driving, the carpark is not directly connect to the hotel lobby (but just a 3 min walk outside)
