I had a great stay at the hotel. Everything was in top order; the room was excellent and you couldn't ask for better beds. Overall, everthing was just excellent. Checking in and checking out was also fast and easy. Just great.

A total ripoff

Liked: Short walk from festival grounds
Disliked: I overpaid for the room. I paid for a room with balcony and they still charged for a room with just 2 beds. There was no compensation offered whatsoever!

Very convenient location, poor security...

Liked: I liked that it was very convenient for the concert just crossed the street.
Disliked: From the get go, the parking lot security was extremely rude and demanded my family and I to park in a different parking lot away from the hotel… upon receiving our room, we walked in to a used roll of toilet paper in the restroom of our room with very little left on the roll. Being forced to buy some from the store to use in our restroom.

Terrible bedding and no service!

Liked: The location, the entry and restaurant set up and the room.
Disliked: The check in took a long time - too many people - The hallway to the room was dirty but the worst and the reason for the poor rating was the bedding; one one sheet is not enough … and nobody answered calls for additional blankets from 8pm to 10:00. Unacceptable.Since it was cold outside, we had to get dressed to be warm.
