I had a great stay at the hotel. Everything was in top order; the room was excellent and you couldn't ask for better beds. Overall, everthing was just excellent. Checking in and checking out was also fast and easy. Just great.

Liked: The recent renovation is very nice. Very clean design
Disliked: They changed the menu in the restaurant and bar area. No basic dishes anymore like the chicken wings in the bar area. Ended up ordering door dash for half our party.

Who knew such a great...

Liked: The layout and space of the room was wonderful and the six of us fit comfortably. After technical difficulties in our first room, we were even moved to an even more beautiful and spacious suite. The staff were very friendly and helpful during all parts of the stay. If we are in the area and in need of a hotel, we will absolutely be returning here.
Disliked: There was an issue with the plumbing of our room and we had to be moved, which was to another beautiful room, but it was inconvenient because it was already 11:30 when we settled into room #1. Also, the cleanliness of the bathroom was underwhelming because there was a bandaid on the floor behind the bathroom door.

Liked: The renovations completed are great!
Disliked: The smell of paint thinner throughout the hotel gave everyone a headache. We waited over six hours in the lobby for our room to be ready when we were told we could check in really early Friday morning. The morning staff working the desk was some of the rudest people I have ever met in a hotel setting! While we all understood the hotel was overbooked, the rudeness every single person experienced in that lobby that morning was completely uncalled for. I was very happy to see a staff change that could actually give answers to what was taking so long when it came! The price of, the rooms has gone up and in my opinion is just entirely too high! One of our friends even had people come into their room with their things because they had been assigned the exact same room and given keys to be able to open the doors.

A pleasant surprise especially for...

Liked: It was very clean. Good location for Jack-o’-lantern Fest. Hotel has many amenities. Room prices were decent. Beds were comfortable. Would stay again.
Disliked: The Old Fashioned was not good at bar. I would say stick to beer. Could use blanket or quilt on beds. They had like 3 sheets as comforter.

Liked: Everything was fabulous, I really enjoyed my stay...I love the refurbishment it is so cool...

Don’t waste your money

Liked: It was very close to the tradeshow that I was going to
Disliked: This place was rundown, not the front entrance or hallways, but my room looked very rundown. It looked like somebody made an attempt to clean it up. The heater did not work. The wallpaper was coming off the wall no blanket for the bed just not very impressed for $500.
