I had a great stay at the hotel. Everything was in top order; the room was excellent and you couldn't ask for better beds. Overall, everthing was just excellent. Checking in and checking out was also fast and easy. Just great.

Liked: Overall the stay at the property was good. Rooms were clean and spacious. We stayed there for my daughter’s competition. I loved that they provided shuttle service to and from the Convention center. The only drawback for us was the buffet service. For the price we paid the options were very limited.

Close to venue but not...

Liked: Our hotel was the perfect location for the event we had all weekend at the Expo Center, however our room was only decent. There was an old refrigerator in our room that did not work at all, not sure why it was left in there. Then under our window where the balcony and air conditioning was the floor was completely soaked in water. I have no idea what that was about. To top it off.. the complimentary breakfast was 0/10. I hate to say it because I truly had high hopes for the breakfast because of it being in Al’s Table and it looked very nice but the food itself was something I would never eat again. Overall it was the best place to be close to our venue but I wouldn’t plan a luxurious get away or anything and plan to stay here. Very nice staff and very helpful when needed but just a bit older inside the rooms.

Disliked: The hotel had emergency evacuation during the stay that caused me and my family to not get any rest. The hotel didn’t provide any information for why there was evacuation or for compensation to make up for the time that the room wasn’t accessible. My key card didn’t work to access my room. Everything was closed due to renovation. The food cost a lot and was terrible that I got food poisoning. The vending machines and ice machines were out of service and filthy. The phone in the room did not work, there weren’t any towels in the room. The room was filthy I found uneaten food around the room that housekeeping did not clean up, Very dusty and unfilled shampoo and soap dispensers. The television in the room did not work.

Liked: Location of hotel was great for my destination. Convenience of restaurant was appreciated. I stay at this hotel every year and normally my stay is good.
Disliked: The HVAC system made a lot of noise which kept me awake. Reported issue (thought maybe bearings were going out) to front desk and received no repair or acknowledgement that this would be repaired while I was away for the day. My second night stay was just as noisy.
