Disliked: Front desk Very very very bad experience. I never went through I my intierd 60 years of travelling even poor countries the front desk cometed unforgivable mistake by sending me to a room wich acupied by another people thanks god they are not armed and when came back to the front desk the lady act like it's normal fault by saying sorry it showing it empty in my system and after that they dowen grad me to worse view room

Glad we were only staying...
Liked: We arrived on the property hungry. Dinner wasn’t available yet, so we purchased items from the in house convenience store that required a microwave. When we got up to our room, there was no microwave. We figured there would be on in the lobby. Nope. The front desk person said she would send on up through housekeeping. After waiting for an hour, we called again, but the microwave never came. The overpriced frozen burrito and pizza were to waste. We were compensated with points to our account…which means nothing to us. The view from our window was overtaken by a huge air conditioning unit. The phone assigned to our room was nothing but static. In a real emergency, that could mean danger.

Okay, not overly ADA friendly,...
Liked: Booked an ADA room for four people. One with a mobility scooter and another with autism that has sensory issues that needed a tub instead of a shower.There were only two towels despite there being four of us and booking in advance. The tub constantly had water coming out of it, which was annoying to hear the whole time. The tub was too slick for either two special needs to be able to safely use it even with help so they didn't get to bathe.The bar service was subpar at best. The bartender just looked confused and overwhelmed the entire time, even when nobody needed anything. Took 30 minutes to get an order of fries.Bed time, the beds weren't very comfortable, and it took everyone a while to fall asleep despite being exhausted from travelingThe next morning we went for breakfast. I had paid for breakfast to be included in the booking. On our way to dining there was a leaf blower and battery in the hallway charging. Went to be seated and waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged by the host. Finally got seated only to find out the front desk didn't give me the breakfast vouchers at check-in, so I had to go get them. The front desk told me they would only give me two even though our booking was for four people, and I paid extra for breakfast to be included. Ended up having to pay 25.99 each to eat an incredibly limited and bland breakfast. Ordered one mimosa, and it didn't show up until we were about done eating. They brought two and changed for both, too, never given a chance to fix it. Service overall left much to be desired. The only ones that seemed ready to work were the ladies' bussing tables. They wanted to grab everything immediately. They were nice about it but eerily just right there immediately.Went to check out after breakfast. Asked for the invoice I had requested during booking and was told they can't because I booked through Booking, but they knew of the request prior and said they would email it.
