Liked: Location is great, literally few min walk from terminal 4. lovely bar and restaurant. Rooms are very big, nice shower.

Disliked: Only negative was the air conditioning, it was cold. Not what you would expect in November

Disliked: Food prices in restaurant outrageous. Will stay again but not eat there. With 12.5 per cent ‘voluntary ‘ ! Service charge a burger and chips was £28.00

I am very rarely surprised...

Liked: Location was brilliant. The food, in particular the Indian , was exceptional. The bar was very good albeit expensive. The staff in both the bar and restaurant were fantastic. The rooms were nicely done and very comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing really

Liked: Our stay at the Crowne Plaza was excellent, very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms,excellent breakfast all in all a 10/10 stay.
