Slightly disappointed

Liked: Close to airport. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Food was far to expensive for what you got. Second time I've been here and not got a twin room requested. Again myself and my granddaughter had to share a bed.

Excellent hotel, staff and eating...

Liked: The hotel overall was superb, the room was great except for the bathroom, which was absolutely freezing. Our welcome on entering was warm, friendy and efficient. The room was small but spotless, perfectly styled and decorated, with everything you needed and very relaing We had a meal in the Olive Restaurant, which was excellent, the service was quick and the staff attentive without being everpowering. The food was absolutely delicious, with every course. We had a great nights sleep as the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast in the morning, again was delicious and the self service was well run, the coffee machine worked well and was good quality. All over the hotel it was well maitained and very clean and the staff from Manager to the cleaners, were efficient, friendly and concientious. WE will return and can highly reommend this hotel. Than you for a suoer stay
Disliked: Only one thing,the Bathroom in our room 514 was very, very cold.

Wonderful place and staff, just...

Liked: Clean, big, parking, friendly, professional, facilities, in room lighting, tea tray etc, windows, fridge, bed everything except the heating situation lol
Disliked: Couldn't figure out the in room temperature and while it appeared to give out warm in one way, it also chilled at the same time, so unless under the duvet it was a bit cold. I know we should have asked but only stayed for one night so wasn't worth hassling them.
