Liked: The staff were attentive, friendly and polite. The room was warm and comfortable.
Disliked: It was difficult to find the shuttle bus stop from Gatwick Airport and, by the time we found it, it seemed to have stopped running.

Liked: The service from the front desk was top notch - special thanks to Aditya for giving us an upgrade of the room and helping us with basic amenities like water after a long flight. Breakfast was efficient and will definitely come back again. Thank you again for an enjoyable stay
