Oasis after travel mess

Liked: We has a super late delayed flight and booked this from Bordeaux airport. Exhausted we were pleased to arrive at midnight to such a nice room and slept hours. Checking in was easy and water offered. We had t planned on a hotel and the price was right after the mess of EZjet it was wonderful.
Disliked: They cannot help the location as hotels around the airport are far from accessible easily. We raced to the shuttle and waited half an hour and it never came apparently times were not up to date. Tried to call hotel but no pick up. So we had to go back up a flight and have an expensive taxi of £29 as Uber was off. Not hotels fault. The next day the shuttle was accurate it costs £pp for trip to airport then we caught train home.

Breakfast awful but staff were...

Liked: The location & parking was good as only 1 mile from my business meeting . Air con was great lovely and cool in this heatwave . The staff were friendly and the room was clean .
Disliked: The breakfast was awful , ordered a full English with tea . It arrived cold . Clingfilm over the plates . The tea arrived with a paper cup not ceramic . Large dessert spoon not teaspoon for my tea . No sugar . The toast wasn’t toast was white bread left in the toaster for about 1 min . All I ate was cold bacon as was starving . Went to pour the hot water into the tea pot poured everywhere even when I held it shut . (Have pics) . Room was tiny, booked a standard double . Could barely move in the bathroom with either hitting the door or sink .

Disliked: Property is run down. We got a room where previous guests had smoked. Staff at check in displayed incredible attitude. STAY AWAY.
