Good location. Easy to get...

Liked: The room was good. Staff were really attentive and would score excellent for staff. Each member of staff that we came into contact with was extremely polite and helpful.
Disliked: The only thing that spoiled our stay was a fire alarm at 2:45am. We had been to a family funeral and come back very tired. The alarm woke us and we had to dress and leave our room to find out that it was a false alarm.

Disappointing

Liked: Staff we're wonderful hotel very clean
Disliked: Bed was like sleeping on plastic awful bedding.And woken at 3am to have to go to lobby as alarms going off couldn't get back to sleep for people in hotel all awake and making noise.Had about 3 hours sleep. Awful

Not what I expected

Liked: Lovely welcome at Reception
Disliked: Cold room, fire alarm in middle of the night, mattress fell into the middle. Had to ask staff to refill breakfast hotplate, seated in draught by Maître de, at breakfast as the door to brasserie left open

Poor

Liked: The breakfast was really good.
Disliked: I was put in a disabled room. I'm 6ft 2" and the shower barely reached 5ft. It was very uncomfortable to say the least. Also the sink was really low so it was putting pressure on my back. The receptionist didn't listen to what I was saying they kept asking me if i stayed there before. 3 times they had asked this and each time I had said "NO".

Plesant stay at Crown

Liked: friendly staff, very generous room service. Breakfast was good in a nice restaurent. Underground connection nad highway was close by. London city took like 30 mins by underground.
