Liked: All good more options in breakfast as it is the same each day so 14 days stay same is not a good idea
Disliked: Pillows should have more options and bedcover should be improved

Lovely place to stay other...

Liked: Lovely staff and the breakfast was very good and exceeded expectations. Was some parking right outside as well.
Disliked: The bed. It was soooo soft! I felt like I was sleeping on the top of a hill whilst my partner felt like it was almost on the floor when he went to get out of the bed!

Will return.

Liked: Ease of location, 17 min tube ride from centre of London. Lovely staff, good breakfast.
Disliked: Booked a room for 3 adults, only 2 ended up going which is a good thing as the room was tiny and would never have been comfortable for 3 adults.

Pleasant

Liked: Staff are very friendly. Plenty of breakfast choices. Everywhere was clean.
Disliked: Had to ask for decaf tea every morning, toilet roll is awful had to buy our own, holes in the bedding on both beds, and the mattress was lumpy. Poor lighting in the room had to switch every lamp on to get ready.

Liked: Lovely hotel very comfortable beds spacious room. Breakfast was delicious
Disliked: Parking was very expensive. Some parts of the room needed a refresh

Overall the hotel is nice...

Liked: The breakfast choice is excellent.
Disliked: I didn't like the enterence sign.You can't sign when you turn from the roundabout or when driving from the other side. It Needs to been more lighterend up, with larger words so customer can see where to enter as it hidden and the sharp turning doesn't give customers time to look. It can be difficult to spot it straight away. Also you need to make it clear online about your parking if it's free or not. That can be misleading customer are not aware if there are charges.

Disliked: Poperty needs renovation to become a bit more modern. Windows do not open for some fresh air.
