Overall the hotel is nice...

Liked: The breakfast choice is excellent.
Disliked: I didn't like the enterence sign.You can't sign when you turn from the roundabout or when driving from the other side. It Needs to been more lighterend up, with larger words so customer can see where to enter as it hidden and the sharp turning doesn't give customers time to look. It can be difficult to spot it straight away. Also you need to make it clear online about your parking if it's free or not. That can be misleading customer are not aware if there are charges.

Liked: Old fashioned but nice and tidy hotel, cozy room, right price and quality ratio, 5 min to the tube station, several minimarkets around, superior staff and room service.
Disliked: Quite far from the center (30 - 35 min., 2-3 pounds one way by tube using contactless), unstable but satisfactory WiFi and... And that's all.
