Nice hotel thought it was...

Liked: Nice hotel. Good food.
Disliked: Very exoensive drinks and room service. My card was charged for breakfast after I had checked out and paid my bill - should have been free, and took ages to get this sorted out/refunded.

Extremely disappointed, no compensation offered

Liked: Spa. I and several other people whilst there were complaining about the hot tub being cold. Also, the swimming pool was cold. The receptionist on the spa did not seem to care. This was an issue for me as I had gone to this hotel to use the spa facilities rather than choose a different hotel.
Disliked: The hotel is in a great location for city airport however, if you’re going to have a spa day think again.
