Clean quiet and comfortable

Liked: The hotel has a clean, modern lounge and restaurant area, which was really pleasant. The pool was lovely, though getting there from the changing rooms was a bit awkward due to the stairs, and the water was a little cloudy—though the temperature was just right.We were disappointed with the room allocation. Ours overlooked a building site, and when I asked for a room facing the dock, I was told it would be an extra £30 per night because that counted as a “superior” room. However, on Booking.com, this wasn’t made clear—there was no mention that dock views were limited to a different room category. It felt frustrating, especially when the next day I overheard someone checking in who had booked a standard room and was told theirs did have a dock view. That inconsistency was quite annoying. Although the small welcome gifts were a nice touch. That said, everything else about our stay was excellent. Although our room lacked a view, it was very spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The heating worked well, the staff were lovely, and breakfast was excellent.One small issue was a fire alarm that went off at 7:45 one morning—we had to start heading out before it was silenced—but of course, that’s only an issue as it wasn't a real emergency. No apology or compensation was offered .

By far the best hotel...

Liked: From the moment I stepped in the hotel the service and staff was 10/10. I was assisted by Vivien who was soo kind and gave me the best recommendations on activities around the area. The manager on duty Gustavo was absolutely brilliant too. I was upgraded to a king room for free with the most amazing views and this really made my stay one of my favourites in London. The room is soo spacious and the bar fridge came in handy too! I will definitely be returning with my family next time as I discovered it’s a very child friendly hotel too.For anyone attending a concert at the O2 this is a convenient hotel,I took the cable car and came back with a train which is literally 2 stops to royal Victoria station.

Great stay, great staff

Liked: Great service from all staff we encountered. Room was clean and comfortable. Great little extras for kids with own room keys at check in. Breakfast was lovely.

Liked: The reception staff were so nice I can’t be more thankful. I travelled solo for my birthday for a spa getaway and the location is extremely accessible and easy to local, also being close to the DLR was helpful. The breakfast was so nice too alongside being treated by the staff in restaurants really made things enjoyable
Disliked: The spa staff were quite unfriendly but the rest of them were very polite

Good hotel and lovely facilities...

Liked: Checking in process was quick and efficient. The lady who served us was kind and pleasant. I had booked through booking.com and requested a standard room with two double beds. I was informed that I had a standard room with a sofa bed and I requested for this to be made for myself and my friend. We were given room 2029.I tried to sleep on the sofa bed but it was very uncomfortable. It felt like I was sleeping on actual springs. I woke up a couple of hours in the night and asked my friend if I could share her bed as it was that uncomfortable.At checking out, I mentioned this to the lady at reception. She apologised about the discomfort caused. I felt a bit gaslighted as she said that when booking, I should have booked a twin room despite putting in a request for two double beds. She said this is a common issue when booking with booking.com and I should have scrolled further down to ask for a twin room not request for 2 double beds. Due to this, that is why I have given 3 stars. Other than that, everything else was amazing in terms of location and ease to get to the 02.
Disliked: The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. It felt like sleeping on springs

Liked: Our room was upgraded on arrival. Wonderful room and very clean with a shower which actually works well and lots of hot water. Great hotel.
Disliked: Food in the resteraunt was not that good. We shared a few small plates.
