A great good value stay

Liked: Helpful staff, good time window for breakfast, pool, closeness to DLR and cable car. Very clean
Disliked: Area felt a little unsafe, lots of ‘loiterers’ near building.

We had a lovely stay...

Liked: Breakfast good, room good, most staff good.
Disliked: Dinner staff on 26th January didn’t seem to know what they were doing. It took 4 waiters to serve us 2 starters - one had to be sent back as it was cold and we waited an hour for another. Breakfast staff great though!

A memorable night, we will...

Liked: Iona and Sabrina welcomed us to the hotel, I had a particularly bad back, and they were attentive asking if I needed anything and to contact reception should I require anything. We called the reception at 4am to advise an ambulance would be in attendance. The staff helped with obtaining a wheel chair; not used, but showed the crew where I was. It made a somewhat difficult few hours more comfortable knowing the staff were professional. Room service (food) was quick, warm and delicious. Bed was very comfortable!

Great hotel, fantastic location

Liked: Great location for both Excel and central London. Lovely restaurants close by. Loved the IFS Cloud chair lift which is 2 minutes walk away. Custom House 5 minutes away for easy access to central London. Breakfast was really good, food was fresh even though it was a buffet service.

Not my first time won't...

Liked: Always enjoy my stay at crowne Plaza, staff are very nice and friendly. Lady by the name of sabrina checked us in nice quickly, very friendly, pleasant, nice conversation very welcomingBreakfast has options Area riverside nice scenery Never knew until upon arrival I was upgraded to VIP with 2 drink vouchers
Disliked: Love me, the sauna and steam, just gets a little busy at times and you might not get the chance to use the facilities for too long either way it still nice.

Exceeded my expectations and I...

Liked: The hotel is very close to the train station and other local amenities. The accommodation was very clean, the restaurant food very sumptuous and the staff very helpful and understanding.
Disliked: I liked everything.
