Exceptional

Liked: This is a beautiful hotel in Art deco style. It's full of history and is the ideal place to stay for Liverpool John Lennon Airport. Great staff and really clean comfortable rooms.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AGAIN

Liked: I would personally like to thank every single member of staff at the hotel who not only looked after me as a guest but made me feel like part of a family, I would like to thank JAN 1 and JAN 2 of housekeeping who not only looked after me as a guest but as their son HA HA HA HA HA HA HA, ALL front desk staff were exceptional in dealing with my requests, TOM, MAT, SOPHIA and everybody else as I've forgot their names SORRY.

Very good

Liked: Great location for Liverpool Airport. Staff very friendly. Rooms very clean & comfortable with a bath and shower.
Disliked: Furniture dated but it was fine for a short break. No complaints at all.
