not relaxing at all

Liked: good location
Disliked: the room was absolutely freezing , there was a thermostat on the wall , it was minus -4 outside and about the same inside , on checkout i was told i should have asked for a heater, for a crown plaza this is a joke , i have never been in a hotel and not advised on check in i need a heater ?? very disappointed with the stay

Disappointing

Liked: Good value for the price and good breakfast
Disliked: Heating wasn't working properly at winter time we had to sleep in 19 degrees and heater fan was very loud was hard to sleep because of that. 3 different payments methods weren't working at reception and staff weren't very helpfulCouldn't have a hot shower because the bottom of the bath was discoloured or stained and wasn't sure if it's clean enough
