Liked: Modern hotel, friendly staff, comfortable and relaxing environment, lovely food, nice view , comfortable beds.

Superb

Liked: Janet at reception was very good in addressing a booking mix up.
Disliked: Room was slightly warm at night but overall a lovely stay. Highly recommend and a great location. Bar food and pints of Guinness were delicious.

City break in Liverpool

Liked: Excellent hotel,with great facilities didn't use the pool but will definitely use it next time .Room was clean and comfortable.Food was excellent with a good choice on the menu and breakfast was good every morning.Staff were very friendly and helpful.Would recommend staying there to other family members and friends . Only a short walking distance to the museum and city center .
