Pleasant

Liked: Reception very welcoming and the standard of cleanliness was very good
Disliked: The shower in my room was poor. Having been told there would be a bathrobe in my room, there wasn’t one and the hotel was very noisy with other inconsiderate guests on the Saturday night which meant less than 3 hours sleep.

Shocking will never stay again.

Liked: Waited 20 minutes to check in. One member of staff on deck. Very poor.
Disliked: Paid £150 for room didn’t include breakfast. £60 premier inn includes breakfast.

Very kind staff

Liked: Patrice at reception was lovely! She initially wasn't able to find my booking as it had been very last minute due to there being a problem with the hot water and heating in my apartment on that day. It was also my birthday and so I just wanted a nice evening somewhere warm and comfortable. Patrice was really thoughtful and upgraded my room and also threw in a free birthday drink, which was was kind. I had a lovely comfortable evening!
