Liked: Second time staying at the hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful to the point that my 7 year old daughter said to me " Dad do you know why I like this hotel, it's because the people are really nice". The rooms are good enough plenty of towels,tea and clean. The bar and restaurant and nice with plenty of options to eat at breakfast.
Disliked: The main thing that stood out was the pool facilities, there's alot of wear and tear with plenty of noticable repairs that needs sorting , plus my daughters were looking forward to going in the jacuzzi and sauna like they did the year before with no problems but this time I was asked by staff to not let them use them. I'm no fool and I understand the risks of young children using saunas and jacuzzi's but it definitely leaves question mark whether or not I will be staying at the hotel again.

Liked: Airport bus stop right outside the hotel. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful.
Disliked: One rude staff member in the restaurant soured the atmosphere when she made a point of embarrassing the children and their mum when she assumed they were not paying guests for some reason. Pitty, because the rest of the staff went out of their way to be polite and accommodating.

Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: The bed mattress wasn't great, the sofa come bed mattress was worn out. The room heating wasn't working, no engineer available to repair for 2 days, and had to sleep in the cold with my 3 year old. The swimming pool was cold, and the steam room was out of order.
