Liked: Location excellent. Very close to station. Close to city centre. Staff excellent especially receptionist called Sam
Disliked: Didn't like adjoining room as we could hear noise there. Would have complained if noise persisted. Swimming pool too small

Absolutely incredibly

Liked: The building is beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were Absolutely Amazing welcoming us in your hotel and nothing was to much for them Thank you me and my friends really enjoy our stay and not forgetting the spa.
Disliked: Having to ask to reboot heating x2

Great location and friendly staff!

Liked: Room was clean and quiet. Facilities were great, and the breakfast in the morning was varied and tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout - especially the lovely Lily who checked us in. Thank you!
Disliked: The beds were a little soft, though I know that is often a matter of personal preference.

good overall and reasonable value

Liked: Staff are all friendly and willing to help. beds very comfy. Breakfast good, with veggie sausages made to order, but struggled to get a fried egg after going up on three occasions!!
Disliked: bathrooms very basic and a bit tired, comparable to a budget hotel.spa facilities were good enough but looked quite old.
