Liked: We stayed at the property for two nights for a hockey tournament. It was by far one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. We travel quite a bit. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

Liked: We love this hotel. It is my son's favorite because of the basketball court. The staff is always super helpful. The only negative was that we called and requested a room no higher than the 2nd floor and were told that would not be a problem. When we got there, they had to place us on the 3rd floor with no availability on the 1st or 2nd. We didn't let it ruin the weekend though.

Disliked: Even though the thermostat read seventy four degrees, it was rather chilly in the room. The hotel would NOT do anything about it.Went diwn for breakfast. There was a family in their pajamas and barefoot.
