The location of the Crown Royal was fantastic! We parked our car upon arrival and walked everywhere we wanted to go. Our room was extremely clean and nicely appointed. The hotel staff was very helpful and "on point" with their recommendations!

Only thing that would make it better - if it had a bus to Thompson Arena and bar served food later.
Liked: Room clean; people great.

Like the area that the hotel was in. Room was clean and stocked very well. We had a really nice stay.

We were overcharged for parking which caused a fraud alert to freeze the credit card for the remainder of our trip. An $8.74 parking charge hit the credit card for $874.00. The breakfast served in our room was cold with no coffee or juice - even after reporting that, still no coffee. The taxi service from the hotel was awful, with no help from hotel staff to secure a taxi. Rooms were older and small bathrooms. Also very noisy! Will not stay there again.
Disliked: Very negative.

Liked: Clean; smelled fresh; great service; great proximity to downtown biz; good food. Wonderful visit.
Disliked: We were on the "Quiet Floor" and someone had small dogs barking. Luckily, they were gone when we went to sleep. The hallway on the 11th floor was sweltering.
