Check in time was 3 p.m and our room was not ready on time. Bed was very uncomfortable; mattress springs and mattress very uncomfortable. Large stains on the side of the bed shams.

Nice hotel; staff members pleasant; room clean; close to everything. Would recommend it.

Disliked: UnfortunateIy I discovered two bugs on the floor mat in the bathroom after my wife and I each had our showers on Tuesday before going out for dinner. I called the front desk and they immediately found us another similar room. I did ask if the hotel was willing to do anything as compensation for this event an they said they would have to escalate it to a manager and there was no manager on site, but asked me to check in at the front desk in the morning. I did ask at the front desk the next morning but was told that the manager does not come in until 9:00am; however, we were going to eat at your buffet and a taxi was picking us up at 8:00 am to drive us to the GOTrain station for our 8:42 am train to Union Station to return to Ottawa. I thought perhaps paying for our brunch breakfast would have been appropriate. Bob
