Liked: The front desk staff was amazing! But the tower floors seemed very dated and smelt bad
Disliked: The hallway in the towers smelt bad

Liked: It was tasty both was told my room didn't come with breakfast because of veteran discount.
Disliked: Room clean was timely and efficient.

Disliked: For starters we had to wait till after 5pm to check into our rooms when it states check in at 3pm. Nothing opened nor anything to do except wait in the lobby. One room had the fire alarm beeping the whole night. Couldn't do anything about it till after check out.Paid for the breakfast when booking rooms and yet one of the rooms didn't receive tickets. Plus had to pay for daughters breakfast because only 2 tickets per room no matter how many you tell them will be staying.I had to pay 17+ for her to have a serving of eggs. Insane. Very disappointed!

Disliked: No free breakfast. Paid for everything. expensive food. Tub slippery when taking a shower (not safe). Handicap room requested not provided. Front desk personnel not friendly. Expensive room.I was there because I had to evacuate my home due to Hurricane MILTON.
