Liked: Very clean and spacious but mostly it was a relaxed environment. Also, Olivia, she worked at the front desk and she was very helpful and knowledgeable when I asked questions between checking in/out. 5 stars for guest services!!
Disliked: The renovation? Going on at the stairwell at the end of the hallway I was located but nothing other than that.

Liked: Worst hotel ever, very outdated furniture breakfast is a joke, no serials, no juice, no bread, not even water.We asked for a crib when we booked and even at the reception, but there was none, my 2 year son slept on the chair for 4 nights, not even an extra sheet available.Cleaned my room on the 1st night only in 4 nights, and they took all towels without replacement, ignoring the cleaning sign I placed at the door.The printer was not working. I had to print at the reception desk.Knocking the door at 9am to check out.Shower head shooting water from the side, no coffee machine in lobby.Awful stay for 4 nights.
