I never was upset. Everybody...

Liked: When I checked in, the clerk said breakfast was served at 6 am and I asked, "Breakfast is included? (Surprised)". The clerk answered, "Yes, it's included." Well, it wasn't. It was good however and I wasn't upset.
Disliked: I checked into my room and unpacked everything. Right before I went to bed I was going to shower. Then, water began pouring through the ceiling from the room above me (above the bathtub). I had to get dressed, pack everything up and move to another room.

Liked: Location was great
Disliked: Checkout was at 12pm and house keeping woke us up at 8:45am. When we arrived a little after 11pm the lady at the front desk was not very hospitable and failed to give us our breakfast vouchers which were included with our stay. Received a bill for breakfast and had to email the hotel manager to get this fixed.

Liked: I thought the property was very clean and staff was super nice. I loved that they had an airport shuttle!
Disliked: I thought the beds were uncomfortable and that when the furnace kicked on it was very loud and woke us up a lot during the night.

Great for a close to...

Liked: Just had a very quick 1 night stay here , Bed was comfortable, Breakfast really good and the room were clean the close to the airport location was perfect.
Disliked: Nothing comes to Mind

Exceptional

Liked: Clean, organized, beautifully decorated. Milk at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. The shuttle to the airport was fast and easy and the driver was very kind and professional. Room was clean, spacious, and lovely.
Disliked: The restaurant only had two options out of the regular menu.
