Disappointing

Liked: I reserved two queen but got 1 king.

Disappointing

Disliked: No pool use flor family..or hot tub. Main reason for booking there. In town for UIS baseball.

Would stay here again.

Liked: Check in was an easy and pleasant experience. Rooms were clean and easily accessible. Close to restaurants and event we were attending. Like the bar onsite.
Disliked: Would like to have a few amenities explained or offered at check in. Prefer bar soap rather than liquid but what was offered smelled pleasant. Starbucks priced way higher than the Starbucks down the street.

Disliked: The staff at the coffee shop were rude! But .that wouldn't prohibit me from staying there again.

Accommodations were great, overall experience...

Liked: Clean, convenient location, prompt check in.
Disliked: Bar tending staff were terrible, breakfast restaurant needs much better management and was very understaffed.
