Room was clean and neat...

Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: Walked into lobby and could smell urine from lobby public restroom. Non functioning urinals covered in plastic bag. Coffee kiosk couldn't accept cash, associate explained they had forgotten their till key, had to use debit card to buy a bottle of water. Stay was associated with a banquet, of which there were 2 at the facility. Understanding beverage price is what it is but for money charged beverages should at least be cold. Staff appeared to poorly plan for needs. Lounge and banquet beverages were not completely cold. Appeared they couldn't keep up with the demand which is strange as both banquets have been at the facility for several years and service has began to get progressively worse.
