It wasn't what I thought

Liked: Localizations is very good.
Disliked: Room, bathroom, It doesn't have a microwave, the bathroom is for short people. The climate is central, I was hot and they sent me a fan. They told me to put it in the window and open it. The noise from the street and the lights didn't let me sleep. The employees were very friendly. The breakfast was good 10/10. But I wouldn't stay there again.

Location is awesome and facilities...

Liked: The newly updated rooms were so nice. I visited years ago and the changes really make your stay a lot better. Plus, it’s nice that the hotel is connected to the casino, restaurants and Clifton hill
Disliked: I wasn’t a fan of the fact that you had to pay for a fridge. I feel like it’s pretty standard practice to be provided a mini fridge in all rooms at a hotel.

Great location and friendly staff

Liked: Great location, was so close to popular attractions plus a we go bus station and they even gave us complimentary we go travel cards. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating and spoke highly about their management. Got there 2-3 hours early and was wanting to store our luggage in the meantime but the room was actually already available. Rooms looked a bit old fashioned but was clean. The room that we got was a partial view of the falls and was able to see the fireworks display every night.
