Wouldn't book again

Liked: Pool was amazing and amazing view. That's the only reason i booked it.
Disliked: Staff would not let us check in early, not even 10 minutes early. They literally watched my elderly parents sit and wait until EXACTLY 3pm to give them our keys. Sad part is , they wouldn't even allow my 8 year old daughter access to the pool either. Which would have made all the difference in the world. Also restaurant on site is ridiculously expensive and I expected faster service and better food for that price

not clear at the moment...

Disliked: Reservation in booking was not good, I was asking for 2 rooms each room with to adults and 2 kid ( at the end Crown plaza solved the issue but they had only for adults. 2 rooms with 2 adults eachI separate breakfast for all of us, 8 people in total. But was only for 4 adults.I didn't like they do not care about our kid
