Liked: Location was perfect to go to the avenir center, pool was warm, food was good, staff was friendly.
Disliked: Denied early check in when we booked a month in advance, denied late check out, hair and band aids at the pool, walls are thin.

Liked: I liked how the hotel was laid out. Easy to find your way around.
Disliked: Breakfast was not included, 2 pancakes was $18

Trip to Moncton

Liked: It was in a great location that’s about it . The room was cleaned nicely as well.
Disliked: The service wasn’t the best, upon arriving our room wasn’t ready. However they were more than happy to check me in and take my money I was still not aloud my room key until about an hour after. ( when I got back to after the hour the line up from others being checked in at that time I was out of this world) I waited about 15/20 minutes in a wrap around line. The amount of kids running back and forth also knocking on peoples doors and running away was the cherry on top considering on the walls says “quite zone”. The beds weren’t very comfortable, the house keepers in the morning were extremely loud cleaning the other rooms around ours. All you heard at 7:00-8:00 in the morning was them. When checking out I was not asked about my stay, which everywhere I have stayed in Moncton or any hotel is always asked why checking out. Kind of makes me wonder why as I was not happy with any of the services. I travel to Moncton every couple of months and I was really looking forward to staying here as I normally stay in the other hotels near by this one . I think I’ll just stick to one of them next time.
