Brilliant hotel, highly recommended!

Liked: Hotel was brilliant. Clean, spacious and staff very friendly. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had everything. There is parking available. Tram stop 2 minute walk away. Central train station 2 stops with the tram. Olympic stadium 5-10 minute walk away.

Liked: The bed was nice and customer service. Breakfast was very good too.
Disliked: Spa, toilets of the spa and they could clean more the bath in room, it was very dirty.

Liked: A great place for a few days in Helsinki with the family. Pool, gym and sauna gave a nice extra touch for both parents and children. We stayed in two club rooms with gave access to the club lounge, which also gave the whole stay an "all inclusiveness". The children loved that they could go out and have a glass of juice and a snack. Nice full breakfast aswell.
Disliked: Our room was a bit cold, although we pushed up the thermostat to max.

Liked: Room, quietness, swimming pool, gym, overall cleanliness, reception personnel, breakfast
Disliked: Restaurant service in the evening was extremely slow. It took over two hours to complete a dinner.Pillow was way too soft and puffy. I prefer flat and hard option (which didn't exist)
