Liked: Excellent breakfast.
Disliked: Our room was one the angle of the building and we discovered was smaller than others on eoither side. Somewhat squashed. We should have asked to change rooms.

Disliked: Eye sore scaffolding / dark entrance due to work going on / dated limited bar area not great to enjoy drinks there , Very poor bathroom facilities with over the bath very poor quality shower. Poor quality pillows.Breakfast quality not good .

One-night stay

Liked: Great suite for 3 people. Just a shame it wasn't prepared for 3. Only 2 mugs, tea, coffee, water etc. Also tried to get a drink at the bar when there was a function on. Waited 20 minutes to get served. Staff were just stood around doing nothing and when one lady did eventually serve us she was rude and miserable. Looked like she hated her job. . Reception staff were really friendly. Room very clean & comfortable.

Very pleasant and adequate for...

Liked: We liked the fact that we had underground parking and could charge our car.
Disliked: If we were being fussy I would say it needed refreshing decoration wise.
