Disliked: We paid £243 for the room for 1 night thinking it would be a good big size but it was fairly small only 1 bath towel and no slippers, the bathroom was quite tiny we wanted a bath tub room bur reception said it would take 45minutes so we did not bother. Food was not explained and so starters and mains came together so we had to send the mains back then the desert and main came together even though we wanted them separate plus could not access the spa or sauna as we did not have slippers not a good evening wont be attending again not at this price, we were told we would be refunded £90 only got back £80 something

Excellent location and spa

Liked: Great location, lovely spa facilities and mostly importantly well maintained.
Disliked: The breakfast for weekend and weekdays have a different theme to it. Eg. We asked for egg omelette and we’re being told they only do it on weekdays and not weekend.
