Great overnight stop on the...

Liked: Room was comfortable easy access to the motorway network 20 mins from Heathrow so an airport hotel without actually being one
Disliked: They could have a greater range of cheese and cold meats for breakfast as the continental option.. having said that there is plenty of choice

Disliked: We needed some instructions for turning the fan on and off in the bedroom and the temperature control. It was a little bit complicated.

Liked: very clean, modern and comfortable but pillows rick hard
Disliked: noise most of the night from construction just outside my window in room 323. Sounded like constant drilling. Site lights were on, noise deafening, no construction workers in sight.

Disliked: Was all ok apart from the deposit. They take £50 a day as a deposit so they took £100 for the two nights stay. It’s been four days since check out and I still don’t have the deposit back. I am not wealthy so it was a problem for me as that was part of my spending money.

Liked: Everything was amazing, from the cleanliness to the friendly staff and breakfast in bed was 5 star. We went on Valentine’s Day and the team were considerate enough to prepare the room exactly how I wanted it. Thank you all for making our valentines so special
Disliked: The spa centre is always full of people, it’s not clean at all and I might be mistaken but I think it’s shared, not only for hotel people. There were too many guests in that spa the 3 days we were there & towels were all over the place and smelt like urine in some places
