Liked: I loved the view from the 7th floor, spacious room and the pub in the lobby

Worth mentioning

Liked: We were offered a free upgrade to our room when we arrived. The attendants we dealt with were wonderful and helpful.
Disliked: There was only a stand up shower in the upgrade room which we weren't aware of . The TV is outdated, meaning no way to watch a movie or Netflix if you choose to just have a night in.

Disliked: Really shocked that there were no streaming options available in the room. Most hotels today provide streaming options - we really wanted to lay in bed and watch a movie :(

Not up to past visits,...

Liked: The buffet was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I wound up booking thru a third party site and that went badly, mostly because the price offered was non-refundable which I did not notice and my meeting day was changed at the last possible minute. In the past I booked directly with the site, however I paid more, so I guess my seeking a better price did not work.Supposedly due to a snow storm TV was off, for one day almost, interestingly TV in the lobby worked, so were there other issues internally ???
