Liked: All in all, it is all good. Clean, tidy, comfortable.
Disliked: With Crowne plaza, you can always trust and relax. But meantime, it feels like a bit outdated and old fashioned.

Disliked: There was no water boiler on the table, only one hanger was provided for the clothes, and there was no plastic bag ín the dustbin.

Aleksandra's the best receptionist ♥️

Liked: I was greeted by the very friendly Aleksandra Kragli, who made me feel like I had arrived home, not at an airport hotel! She went out of her way to make my stay there the best they could offer, and she tried to accommodate breakfast for me, despite my very early departure. Congratulations for having such great staff and I hope you really appreciate Aleksandra for the treasure that she is. We all need sunshine, no matter where we travel and Aleks is a walking, talking, warming sunshine! Thank you!

Disliked: The iron stained my blouse, so I couldn’t ware it in the office that day.Crowdy at the breakfast.

Disliked: Very dated rooms with the reception smelling cigarette smoke.

Disliked: Breakfast hall was very crowded and there were no enough staffs for cleaning the tables specially from 7-8 AM.

Disliked: My shower head was fixed at a low height and didn’t move so was difficult to wash my hair
