Nice room, good food in...

Liked: Staff were friendly polite and accommodating.
Disliked: The bathroom had no heating so was cold in January. The room also was very cold but the front desk sent temporary heaters to try to warm the room up. I understand the temperature issue is to do with the original building but perhaps in time some alternate methods of heating could be installed. AlsoCashless operation was a little difficult at times also.

Comfortable & Clean Hotel with...

Liked: Comfortable room and bed, good AC. Enjoy the bar area and talking to Owen and his colleagues. Stayed many times Owen always happy, organised and takes the time to talk to his customers.
Disliked: Single EV charger; which is always in use. Opportunity for turning the bays outside the hotel into EV charging?

Very good . Delicious food...

Liked: Hotel stiff very polite , friendly and helpful . Very good communication. Restaurant food very nice . Rooms very clean and very comfortable to sleep . We travel a lot and this is 1 of the places we will definitely come to !
