Easy to find and so...

Liked: Only stayed for the one night before flying out from Gatwick. Didn't use the leisure facilities. We used the bar for food and adult beverages! Didn't stay late as an early start the following day. Would use again. Given a room without using stairs as my wife has a bad knee. Very considerate.

Great property with free Spa...

Liked: Great location for our work in East Grinstead. Exceptionally friendly staff, particularly in the restaurant. Room was adequate, overlooking the garden. Enjoyed a trip into the spa, which was a bolt on bonus, very nice and chilled. Food in the evening was excellent and breakfast was lovely, with lots of choice.
Disliked: Only issue I had was a problem with the toilet flushing, which I did report when leaving.

Liked: A good stay, Staff excellent from start to finish in all areas. Food good and a enjoyable stay would definitely book again and recommend.

Liked: Our room was not ready, so they upgraded us, and the room was fantastic Though a massive Irish wedding reception, there and hundreds of small children, the atmosphere was great Lovely restaurant
Disliked: Nothing , it was terrific

Liked: The pool was very busy and so we didn’t use it as there was a large wedding party arriving at that time. Bit disappointed as the facilities looked great.
