Disliked: Customer service at the hotel and customer service of booking.com. Customer service at hotel - when I requested for luggage trolley, the customer service at the reception said - “I don’t know it must be some some floor in an irresponsible way, and I am waiting with an infant. Then he asked the security to go find it, and the security said that is not his job. Finally, observing all of this, another receptionist went and found a luggage trolley for me.”Customer service at booking.com- I was relocated to crown plaza due to an ongoing water issue at the previous property. I was called 2 hours before the checkin saying the room is not available as there is no water. So I called booking.com to mention the problem and to relocate me as I had an infant with me. Booking.com called the property to verify the water issue and then provided me with 4 expensive options to relocate promising a maximum 62$ price difference reimbursement. I mentioned to booking.com that was not going to be enough with the options they provided. Booking.com then asked me not to worry and that they will work on getting a full refund of the price difference after I submit the invoice of the stay. I submitted the invoice and they only refunded 62$ instead of the full refund of the price difference. They did not keep their promise and cheated me in broad daylight despite submitting an email evidence of full refund of price difference. Pathetic and disappointing.
