Decent stay
Liked: Staff was friendly, parking was abundant and free, and the hotel was all in all very clean.
Disliked: The elevators were both extremely slow. We also had an odd experience that was new to us as far as hotel stays. We woke up SUPER dried out. Both of us had sore and scratchy throats and our eyes were almost sealed shut after a few hours of rest. We were on the 4th (out of 5 I believe) floors. I would suggest some humidifiers or something because it was very uncomfortable.

Good value, nice place
Liked: Nice and spacious room, freshly renovated. Even though the hotel was fully booked it was quiet in the room, we didn’t hear any noises. The room was very clean. The food in the restaurant was good and breakfast buffet had a great selection of food. We loved the service especially lady in the restaurant was super nice.. if I am not mistaken her name was Zalema.

JUST CAUSED ME SO MUCH...

Disliked: VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I originally booked to stay 3 nights, plans changed so I asked to stay for one night since it was paid for in advance, just to not waste money. I have sent messages to the hotel, NO REPLY. I contacted booking.com customer service and said they spoke with property and said they will REFUND the money. So to stay for ONE night I had to create a NEW BOOKING which I paid for when we arrived the hotel. THREE WEEKS AFTER, the refund still hasn’t been made because booking.com customer service said THE HOTEL HAS NOT RESPONDED TO ANY OF THEIR EMAILS, THE SAME WAY THEY NEVER RESPOND TO ANY OF MY MESSAGES ON THE APP. So I had to contact the hotel directly and Melissa Espinal, Front Office Manager replied to me and said she will contact booking.com to sort this out. I sent her emails and she didn’t respond to them anymore. Booking.com customer service representative rang her and apparently she REFUSED to send the approval for the refund, and that she actually never contacted them after she told me she would. “Certainly, I will reach out to them tomorrow morning when I get back to the office. Thank you for bringing this to my attention, I will ensure this is corrected for you.Enjoy your evening.” This was her actual email. And now she is not responding to me and not answering booking.com calling her. I feel like I am begging for my own money going around in circles ringing booking.com and sending emails to the hotel.
