Everything else was great

Liked: Location - adjacent to family living locally.
Disliked: One member of Reception staff very unhelpful and communication skills very poor. No eye contact and closed body language. This was based on several interactions by phone and at the desk in check in

Passable

Liked: The room was spotless and so comfortable. The complimentary chocolates and water were a lovely touch.
Disliked: The noise of the motorway ALL NIGHT. My daughter had a gymnastics competition the following day and the poor sleep was terrible. Also the people in the next room were so loud and I had to call reception about them at 4am
