Liked: Breakfast was brilliant, staff excellent and attentive. Easy accessible water such brilliant idea. Can not fault this hotel.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing, or maybe location.

We loved it!

Liked: It is a wonderful, beautiful, and clean hotel. Located near the airport and has a hotel shuttle that runs on time. An easy walk to the city bus to go downtown. Breakfast is delicious with omelets cooked to order. The rooms are a nice size with plenty of extras for a wonderful stay. We loved being on the executive level with the free lounge. A great added plus!
Disliked: It would have been nice to have drawers for unpacking. Very little space to unpack. We would have loved for the shuttle to drop us off at the gate.

Liked: The quality of the included breakfast was what separates Crown Plaza from other hotels. Great selection from the standard hot items to the bee hive honey board to the smoked salmon and pickled hearing.Great job.
