Liked: The room was comfortable and larger than I expected. I stayed on the fifth floor with a road side view which was actually very quiet. The staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast options were great. I had the buffet on day one - which had quite a variety of things to choose from including pastries, cereals and fruit. I ordered the eggs Benedict on the second day which was tasty. I highly recommend going early for breakfast so the food is still hot or ordering from the menu if you want your breakfast freshly prepared.
Disliked: It would have been nice if the water pressure in my room was higher for the shower.

Disliked: Rooms were outdated and not very clean. The beds were not that comfortable either.

Soothing and pleasant.

Liked: Comfortable and familiar; I’ve been here several times and the staff is always amazing. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are fluffy. The A/C is perfect. The food is decent and the drinks are always delicious. The wine list has grown and available brands are pretty good. Floor 5 is the quietest floor.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet used to better but it’s still pretty good. The breakfast menu is better than the buffet.
