Disappointing

Liked: Location
Disliked: Wasn't enough staff on site to clean rooms properly. My room wasn't prepared properly, had to switch to another room. The other front desk worker who took the initial complaint was excellent, but the next desk worker to provide the new room keys to me was short in her answers, seemed to be bothered that she had to help resolve an issue. She said she knew nothing about the issue, yet there was a note left for her with the new room keys. Rooms need updates, new TV's, remodeled bathrooms.

Pleasant

Liked: The property is in an excellent location and is surrounded by many amenities… Close to the freeway along with many nice restaurants close by…
Disliked: I had issues with the outlet in the bathroom not working as well as the bathroom sink drain leaked onto the floor… I had to put a small garbage can under it to collect the water… The shower curtain had missing rod hangers… Things that all should have been addressed before the room was occupied…

It sucked

Disliked: Elevators didn’t work,paid extra for breakfast and when we went to get breakfast was told we did not pay,skittles on the floor in our room,no trash can in our room,everyone was rude and we even seen one staff member being very rude to our military people who were checking in.

Will stay again, the shuttle...

Liked: The staff was nice and very helpful. Didn't have time for breakfast.
Disliked: This is very minor. Our room had a stain on the wall by the window. Just needed repainted.

Disliked: The shuttle was broken, had to find my own way to the airport, The bathtub leaked all over the floor. They had no regular coffee for the rooms

Very poor

Liked: The only good thing was the shuttle servive
Disliked: The room was small, the pool that was said to be open 7 days a week is only open on the weekends. Alarm clock is broken, no safe, no bible.

Probably would not stay again

Liked: It was easy to get to. It was near stores and food.
Disliked: Wasn’t the cleanest place. Staff was ok, not very helpful
