Liked: Room was spacious
Disliked: Dated, disrepair. Patio was dirty and unusable. Wall around patio door was crumbling. Bed uncomfortable, could hear and feel springs.

Passable

Liked: I liked the location. Our a/c didn't work but we left to eat came back and it was fixed. It was very clean and the staff was great. It just seemed so old for what we paid.

Liked: There is nothing positive I can say about this hotel. We got there at 10 pm after driving all day, and the hotel overbooked and could not give us the room that we booked over a week prior.
Disliked: I found the staff extremely unprofessional. They had a line of people waiting to check in and no available rooms despite everyone having booked rooms.

Exceptional

Good for last minute, but...

Liked: The look of the hotel and the staff was great. The late check in was very appreicated since this was last minute. Room had a nice layout.
Disliked: We thought we had paid for the breakfast, which told we didn't and missed the time anyway, I feel for almost 200 could been a free continental one at least. There was a used washcloth from the last guest on top of shower curtain, a used bottle of body wash on sink, and when we arrived there was a pile of sheets next to door, and maybe the same ones still there when we left in morning. Maybe shorthanded on certain staff?

Disliked: not even any soap in the room

Liked: The breakfast seemed expensive at 12.95 per person. Most breakfasts at hotels are complimentary
Disliked: Clean the room. There was not even a bar of soap in the room....just a bottle of shampoo and a 1/2 bottle of lotion. We found hairs left in the bathroom. The sheets appeared dingy, so I slept on top with day clothes on which was very uncomfortable.

Poor

Disliked: The bedroom was full of bugs and spiders, I went to the front office to ask for help and they just gave me an insect spray for me to manage, I sprayed all the bedroom (try sleeping after spraying), the closet door was all rusted and did not move, the bathroom sink was broken and leaking…I just stayed there as it was an emergency but will not stay again
