Liked: Hotel location is good. Hotel facilities are fine.
Disliked: Despite requesting a parking slot reservation several days in advance, we ended up without one. The rooms we stayed in were on the 3rd floor with no city view—just windows facing a wall, which was quite disappointing. The breakfast was average at best, and while most of the staff were friendly and professional, the staff member at the egg station stood out for being noticeably unfriendly, even toward their colleagues, which was uncomfortable to witness.

Excellent

Liked: Love the front desk staff attitude and it was really great conversing with him during our check in day. The room was amazing with the view towards the botanical garden and cityscape.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet was quite limited but it was sufficient to fill up the tummies in the morning.
