Very nice hotel, great location

Liked: location is excellent. you could walk everywhere and there are lots of pubs bars and restaurants nearby especially in New Regent Street
Disliked: On the first day I mentioned that the down light over one side of the bed was out, and that the bathroom scales needed a battery. Neither of these were attended to. I was too busy enjoying my holiday to follow this up...but Im afraid it happens in a lot of hotels
