Liked: The hotel was modern and nicely appointed. Staff were amazing, and everything that was requested was attended to without a problem. The location, restaurant, and bar were all great.
Disliked: Nothing. It was a great stay.

Great location, comfortable stay.

Liked: The hotel is conveniently located next to the Queen Victoria park and within walking distance of the city centre, shopping areas, and excellent restaurants. The staff provided attentive service, and the check-in and checkout process was seamless. The twin double room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good, and they had a good spread.

Superb

Liked: Helpful staff, excellent breakfast room service (this was important to us).
Disliked: We were travelling between stays and there is a lot on inconsistency between rooms. On our second stay, we "upgraded" to a King room and ended up with a much smaller room with less in-room facilities. The staff tried hard to remedy this but due to full occupancy we still ended up paying more for a room that was inferior to the first one. We were not told that there was a $30 per night charge for car parking!

Liked: Great hotel in a fabulous location with excellent facilities.
Disliked: Check in procedure was delayed because there was a long line of guests waiting to check in and only one clerk working the front desk.

Good location and comfortable room....

Liked: Excellent location with many places nearby. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Fast check in process.
Disliked: Breakfast was bad on the two days we stayed here. Repeat items, cold food and food was getting over without being refilled. Also, other than the bad coffee in the buffet if you wanted anything else like cappuccino, cafe latte or hot chocolate which is available with the buffet anywhere else, here you had to pay for it.
