Stressful due to being given...

Liked: Comfortable room
Disliked: The front desk gave me the key to a room, I opened the door and saw a suitcase and someone else's belongings. I immediately went down to the front desk. She had the audacity to check my drivers license. The front desk girl said"you did nothing wrong" I said" I know I did nothing wrong"" you gave me the key to a hotel room that was already occupied by another guest. I have a photo of their luggage and belongings as proof you gave me the key to an already reserved room. The front desk girl made me wait 20 minutes before she would give me another room- it was ridiculous. I told her I wanted to talk to the manager and expected to be comped for the room considering all the hassle I had to go through. I travel for work and stay in hotels. This has NEVER EVER happened to me at ANY OTHER HOTEL.. I'm an IHG rewards member and was treated like SHIT even though it was her fault she NEVER APOLOGIZED for the INCONVENIENCE

Disappointing

Liked: I had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that set the perfect tone for the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to help, making the experience even more pleasant.
Disliked: While my stay was generally positive, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bathtub and sink were greasy.

Very good

Liked: The location is good and we can take the Metra to Chicago at Glenview train station 10 minutes away. The hotel is not far away from many restaurants although we did not have a chance to try them. The room is clean and convenient.
Disliked: One of two elevators was down and we needed to walk across the building to take another elevator. We stayed on the second floor and our luggage was not big, so we used the stairs instead. It might not be an option for other persons.
