Very nice hotel!

Liked: Incredible location. Comfortable bed. Big telly. Decent facilities. Smells lovely
Disliked: Extortionate parking (£17 per night, better to go to one of the numerous nearby for a lot less).Door rattles frequently , can make you jump and is loud throughout the night

Liked: The location was excellent. The staff were very professional and very good breakfast.
Disliked: Shower was rubbish, and the tv remote didn't work. Not a real issue, but there was a great big TV in the room and my partner wanted to watch snooker. We managed to use the button on the physical TV but not great.

Liked: Lovely and clean throughout, very welcoming Everything overall was excellent, food and room lovely, couple of minor snags but nothing really significant.Staff were lovely, it was great to get a room service pudding for my daughter.!In the restaurant they were extremely attentive relating to my daughters food allergies which was much appreciated
Disliked: Trouser press brokenHeating switch did not work but we were warm enough so not a major issueShower screen needs replacing, floor got very wetOne slight concern was the toiletries containing kiwi which my daughter is allergic to, but we did have our own with us, maybe offer an unscented option?
