Liked: The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent and the facilities were great.

Liked: The hotel is in an ideal location for the city centre. The room was spotless and the staff, throughout our stay, were excellent. A special mention to Tyson on reception who handled a small check-in problem in a quick and professional manner.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, lots of variety. staff were all attentive. Location was the reason why we stayed here.
Disliked: Room was quite tired but clean. Heating did not work very well so had to use a little heater that was in the wardrobe.
