Nice if you want to...

Liked: Good location. Staff was very friendly. Easy parking.
Disliked: No breakfast included. Rooms were dated. Headboards looked like a cat scratched them. Shower had black mold in the caulking. AC was dated (it worked...just very slowly). Elevator was quite slow as well.

Hotel needs improvement.

Liked: Proximity to my place of interest
Disliked: Poor aesthetics, mattress too old/soft - for someone with lower back pain it left me with a lot of it. No complimentary bottled water (that is almost a standard these days and for a supposedly 4 star hotel??). Water compartment in the coffee maker was dirty. No shower gel - I was forced to use the hand wash gel to bathe being that I had soaked myself before realizing the shower gel can was empty! This hotel could do so much better. This is my second stay over a two year period - can’t say there was much improvement. I’ve seen better 2 star hotels!!

Liked: It was spacious and convenient
Disliked: I didn’t realize that, even though it was across the street, we actually had to go all the way around through the highway to go to the medical facility.

Liked: Breakfast was delicious, but not that much to it.
Disliked: More items to select....oatmeal, waffles,hot, not cool coffeeOne other thing about the room...the shower was extremely difficult to control. It took forever to get hot, then it was scalding. When it was turned to cool, again took forever and it went to cold. I have stayed her a number of times and always have this problem, so it is not a problem with a particular room.

Disliked: The 50$ incidentals charge that I was unaware of until I arrived. And the receptionist felt like she was not very interested in checking us in.

Liked: It was located close to the outlets and the venue I was attending, front desk staff was excellent and helpful.
Disliked: One elevator was working, made getting to the room or lobby longer, the room was not cleaned, stains on the walls by the bed as well as the bathroom. Peeling headboards and the bed was really uncomfortable. For the price I expected more, especially to have breakfast included.
