My friends and I stayed at this hotel and had a great experience! We enjoyed the pool area prior to the concert and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The rooms were very clean and updated. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if ever in the area for another concert.

ok so its super nice but thats about it...the looks are all it has...i show up to have a nice weekend and i hottub has caution tape around it! GROSS! then the staff is extremely rude unless ur a snobby rich folk..discrimination! then police block the hotel off and the staff tell me to go back to my room i wasnt allowed to leave like really? we cant leave our hotel what is this? then the staff says they are going to call the cops on the person i was staying with because he forgot his room key.....and did they help him no!!! he had to sit outside the room for hours...then to top it off they charge 150 smoking fee when we did not smoke in the room we smoked on the patio outside our room which apparently ur not allowed to smoke on?

The hotel location and hardware...

Liked: Hardware facilities are good.
Disliked: The front desk staff is terrible and the management is chaotic. One of the front desk guy actually asked me to call the hotel every time I made a reservation on booking to report the name of each guest. If I didn't report it in advance, I wouldn't be able to check in. When there are many people queuing up, there is only one front desk staff. Breakfast always remains the same.

Overall service is not good

Disliked: There is only one front desk service during busy times, the room phone cannot connect to any services, and there is only one working elevator in the hotel.
