My friends and I stayed at this hotel and had a great experience! We enjoyed the pool area prior to the concert and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The rooms were very clean and updated. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if ever in the area for another concert.

ok so its super nice but thats about it...the looks are all it has...i show up to have a nice weekend and i hottub has caution tape around it! GROSS! then the staff is extremely rude unless ur a snobby rich folk..discrimination! then police block the hotel off and the staff tell me to go back to my room i wasnt allowed to leave like really? we cant leave our hotel what is this? then the staff says they are going to call the cops on the person i was staying with because he forgot his room key.....and did they help him no!!! he had to sit outside the room for hours...then to top it off they charge 150 smoking fee when we did not smoke in the room we smoked on the patio outside our room which apparently ur not allowed to smoke on?

Disliked: Cellar looking/feeling room : Not a full length window in the “premium” room and the view is the air con unit. Find another hotel. Very disappointed.I booked a premium room for 5 nights. As I was staying for a while, I sent a message asking for a high floor. Not only I had the lowest floor but I actually never stayed in a hotel which didn’t have at least a full length window unless specified. The view? There is none apart from the A/C unit.I’m on my own and the only room they had was a double queen bed… the receptionist said “useful to put clothes”…If that put someone who stays for 5 night (IHG platinum Elite member) into a cellar looking/feeling room, I wonder where you stay the guests for one night…Pick another hotel.Extremely disappointed

Disappointing. Inaccessible. Wouldn’t stay here...

Disliked: No help with luggage. Wasn’t possible to access room without navigating two sets of stairs. Was placed in this inaccessible room even though the property knew I was travelling with a toddler who needed a crib. Navigating the stroller and two small kids up and down stairs every time we wanted to come and go from the room was difficult. The hotel said they were booked and could not switch ours room

It was a glorified motel...

Liked: hot tub was good and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: bathroom was very outdated. Dangerous tub and shower situation.

Liked: I did not have the breakfast but I did look. It looked like your typical breakfast. I just preferred to go out.
Disliked: I did not like the room I was in per my windows were at the roof top (kind of unsettling)
