Disliked: Noisy heating and air con woke us throughout the night .Brekkie was disgustingly quality it all looked nicely presented but the coffee was awful and the cooked food was stale and soggy .The smell in the reception was disgusting like sweat and body odour They had noisy contractors at 9 am we were not warned about

Liked: Cleanliness, efficiency, and everything worked beautifully. The staff looked like they wanted to be there, great culture and so refreshing to be treated so well when so many other hotels get this stuff wrong. Would stay in a.Crowne Plaza again as a result of this stay.

Liked: Central location close to the theatre and new street station which was ideal. The hotel was welcoming and clean with great facilities. We had a refurbished room which was excellent and very comfortable. Can’t fault it
