Disliked: Bathroom was not clean, hallways was extremely noisy - could hear everything and as a result of people entering and leaving their rooms - our door banged. Did not feel it was worth the £250 one night stay.

Liked: The staff were brilliant. Jordan on reception at check in, room wasn't sorted otherwise out along with complimentary drink whilst we waited. Room 510 turned out to have no hot water, to bath and shower which we found out in the morning. Again Jordan swiftly arranged another room on the same floor for us to use.Breakfast choice was very good, with excellent service from Jess (Malaysian lady) and Swylvia (Polish lady). Hotel is very well placed for a swiftly, easy walk into center, along a well lite route.Great car parking facility underneath the hotel.
