Nice hotel

Liked: Nice hotel, large room, large bathroom, very comfortable. I liked the location as we were attending a concert in the arena right next to the hotel so the location was perfect for us. The hotel was also walking distance from many different sights in the city.
Disliked: The room was a bit dark as the windows were smaller but it was still fine.

I don’t recommend this hotel...

Disliked: The food is overpriced , the menu is limited. I was under the impression that when I checked i paid the whole amount for my stay, to my surprise when we checked out they telling us that the money did not go through but on our side we have proof that money went out our account. They said what they do is a hold of the transaction then when guests check out they then do another transaction. We had to use another card for another transaction. As we speak we have paid twice and they said we should have a refund to our card in 5 working days . That time we are leaving in 3 days . I am so disappointed, details like this they should communicate to guest prior.

Very nice hotel close to...

Liked: This hotel is great in every way! Room was very nice, super comfortable beds and great pillows. Shower was just amazing. Some noise from the street if window was open, but no need to have window open, and then it's pretty quiet even with noise outside. Really good breakfast and staff help you find a seat if it's busy. Don't forget to order an omelette or eggs 'your way'.
